By accessing or purchasing from Critical Bonk (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Business Scope

Critical Bonk is a digital content studio that sells digital downloadable products only.
No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products are delivered digitally.

After successful payment:

  • Download access is provided on the order confirmation page

  • A download link is sent to the email address used at checkout

Delivery is considered complete once download access has been granted.

3. License & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files

  • Use the files in commercial or monetized projects

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the content

  • Modify the files for resale or redistribution

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Critical Bonk.

4. Payments & Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

Critical Bonk:

  • Does not store full payment card details

  • Does not control payment authorization decisions made by payment processors

By completing a purchase, you authorize the selected payment provider to process the transaction.

5. One-Time Purchases Only

All purchases are one-time payments.
There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals.

6. Refunds & Technical Issues

Due to instant digital delivery, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of verified technical issues, including:

  • Broken or inaccessible download links

  • Corrupted or unusable files

  • Technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved by support

7. Compatibility & System Requirements

Products are currently compatible with:

  • Windows 10

  • Windows 11

Compatibility with other operating systems or devices is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Critical Bonk is not responsible for:

  • Issues caused by unsupported systems

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Loss of data or business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

If liability applies, it shall not exceed the total amount paid for the purchased product.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel transactions

    If we detect suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of these Terms.
